Dedication of the Fisher House for Families of the Fallen and Meditation Pavilion
The Fisher House for Families of the Fallen is a unique facility. This 8,462 square foot house is equipped with nine suites that include private, handicapped-accessible bathrooms and common areas that include a multi-cooking station kitchen, large communal dining and family rooms.
"1st Lt. Patrick 'INFIDEL' Smith"
Patrick spent 20 years in the military, enlisting in the Pennsylvania National Guard in 1987 & then with the Marine Corps in 1989. He served 2 combat tours in Bosnia & 2 tours in Iraq. He was awarded 2 Bronze Stars, has been nominated for the Legion of Merit Award & was awarded the Purple Heart for wounds he received in action. Patrick tragically died in a motorcycle accident on the Schuylkill Expy in Phila. PA
